Our Mint Eye Disguise and
Mint Toner will do the trick neutralizing the red blotches, since green
cancels out red. Both of these products are top sellers!
Our Mint Toner should be
applied after your moisturizer, and under your foundation. Be sure to
wait at least 10 minutes after applying the Mint Toner before you apply your
foundation, as you do not want to blend the two products. The Mint Toner
should be well set before moving to the next step of applying you favorite JFRFoundation. 
The Mint Eye Disguise is
to be used for spot treatments, such as the patches you described.
